RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods, pursuant to art. 64 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 22.07.2005 n. 206).
The right of withdrawal is exercised with the communication, within the deadline, of the following data: name of the applicant, shirt code and description, details for making the refund. The communication must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In case of withdrawal, the customer is required to return the goods by shipping the same within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt.
The costs of the return will be borne by Braveshirts (for areas where shipping is free) who will send a courier to collect the shirts.
Shirts must be returned in their original condition to be accepted as a return. Shirts must never have been worn, used, washed, damaged and must be in a condition for resale. Returned shirts must be accompanied by the original invoice, by all packaging, by all related accessories. No refund will be made for shirts returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.
Braveshirts, after having received the return and verified that all the terms and conditions mentioned above have been respected, will send the Customer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and will proceed to refund the cost of the products in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it becomes aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
FREE RETURN: Italy - EU countries - United Kingdom - Switzerland - Liechtenstein.
RETURN REST OF THE WORLD :
Returns from USA - Canada - Norway - Bulgaria - China - India - Russia - Belarus - Australia - Rest of the world are processed differently than EU and domestic returns. Please follow the steps below to process.
- All returns must be sent back for either store credit or a refund. To exchange a product, you can send the original order back for a refund or store credit and ask by email for the new model and size of shirt you’d like.
- When packing up your items, please include a note with your order number, name, and email address and either: "refund" or "store credit." You can use any carrier service of your choice to send your return back, but please obtain tracking for your package.
- Once you send your return to the address below, send us an email at email@example.com with that tracking info and whether you'd like to receive a refund or store credit for your items, and we'll get that processed for you. In addition we will provide a € 15 store credit on a new order.
